The Full Payment Certificate application will need an individual that possesses:

• A minimum of two years knowledge and experience:

• Java development in a WebLogic environment

• Oracle stored procedures and Oracle databases

• Web services and XML

• Banner application (The City of Chicago's Water Billing system)

• Red Hat Linux
