Experience Requirements: - expert level qtp & qc hands on experience in a financials organization using erp system
- prefer oracle efinancials background
- develop strategies and plans to support automation for corporate financial systems (oracle ebs & legacy/mainframe are required; obiee & hyperion are a plus )
- create scripts, libraries, objects from design docs, requirements docs and documented test cases/test procedures for all financial applications in a global environment
- experience in leading automated testing start-up implementations as well as sustaining efforts
- experience customizing and administering hp quality center
- experience in performance testing using hp tools
- ability to diagnose, debug and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects..
- ability to perform manual test duties as needed
- experience in creating & maintaining traceability matrix for all requirements through implementation
- ability to develop customized reports and metrics via hp quality center
- demonstrated aptitude to learn complex technical aspects of a software application
strong in sql scripting - proven ability to lead/coordinate test automation team efforts across multiple load lines with both on and off shore resources
- solid knowledge of qa & qc best practices
- strong independent worker and excellent team player
- highly customer focused with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- ability to interface with multiple organizations at all levels
- ability to mentor and coach testing staff
- excellent oral & written communication skills are essential
- strong overall leadership skills
