| Looking for Systems Analysts with experience with Machine Learning / Safety Assesment. MUST HAVE SKILLS: · Apply machine learning methodology to develop solutions for forecasting the safety of drugs in development. · Quantify model performance and communicate results to collaborating scientists. The candidate should have hands-on familiarity with many of these machine learning concepts: · Supervised/unsupervised learning, loss functions, regularization, feature selection, regression/classification, cross-validation, bagging, kernel methods, graphical models, mixture models, sampling, probability distributions, etc. · The candidate should have expertise in developing solutions for data mining problems with R in Unix environments. | |
