Job Description:   
The person assigned will lead in analysis of communication and training needs, development and implementation of "program" strategies and plans for the CDE HP Tool Suite efforts.
They will develop, coordinate, and support program communications/events such as presentations and documentation.
They will also consult and assist projects and/or Organizational Change Management analyst within the bundle of CDE Service Management HP Tool suite projects with communication and training analysis and evaluation, as needed. Experience with ITIL v3 concepts needed.
this resource would see an increase in demand for time likely reaching 100% around the mid April timeframe and lasting through the remainder of the year.
