Qualifications:
• A Master’s degree is preferred. A degree in a related field such as business, economics or information technology is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting business usage of Hyperion solutions.
• Understanding and ability to develop SmartView reports.
• Experience developing training and communications materials in support of Hyperion usage and business operations.
• Experience in working with a large user community in support of Hyperion operations, including triaging issues, engaging with users and serving as a liaison to technical resources.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in using UPK, SmartView and Oracle Hyperion Suite.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, research and communication skills.
