Technical/Functional Skills: Technical Analyst - Lead (Support)
• 3-4+ yrs Exp in .NET/Windows environment (Development or Support)
• Need SQL 2005 exp to be able to work with data modification and debug issues
• Good communication Skill as need to interact with Business users frequently
• Understanding of technical infrastructure topology (Windows), perl scripting, and a solid understanding of the linkages between software & infrastructure architecture
• Diagnose Application software and windows server problems
• Install and configure Business applications/software tools
• Understanding of Change management processes
• Possess the ability to work effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team made up of employee, contract employee and vendor resources.
Experience required: 3-4+ years
Roles & Responsibilities: Below are the responsibilities
• Learn Business applications to be able to debug and resolve day to day issues within defined SLA's
• Assist Business and Development team with application system/server problems when called upon
• Perform day to day Business processes (includes data updates/monitoring jobs etc)
• Track, prioritize and document requests using an support request system
• Coordinate the change management process for applications
• Coordinate infrastructure install/updates of servers by the vendor
• Document systems issue and perform causal analysis to propose corrective measures
• Managing the day-to-day working relationships with various finance/technology team and vendors
• Participating in the development of system requirements and development of technical estimates;
Generic Managerial Skills: Good communication skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
