EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 7 to 8 years experience in software development with at least 2 years in ILOG
· Should be proficient in ILOG JRULES Studio,
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Java/JEE and Web Services with Weblogic or websphere
· Experience in working with in a Weblogic environment
· Ability to design and construct Rule sets and rules using best practices to meet the business need and facilitate ongoing maintenance
· Displays problem solving and analytical skills, using them to resolve technical problems
· Requires strong analytical skills, and should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and produce good technical documentation
