Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for creating overall solution design and architecture (conceptual, technical, information/data, integration, and data delivery) of the BI/Reporting solutions and ensuring that the delivered solutions are adhering to best practices and BSC enterprise architecture standards
· Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance in BI space
· Lead BI solution requirements working sessions with business users
· Support the technical delivery process to review that -
· Deliverables conform to BSC standards and meet the specified requirements
· The proper test plans are in place and executed for the project
· Solution risks are identified early and properly managed
· Delivered solutions are flexible and follow industry standards and best practices
· Perform/lead Proof of Concepts' /Sandbox and provide subject matter expertise in business intelligence solution delivery
· Healthcare Payer Knowledge would be nice-to-have
· Must possess excellent communication skills
