Notes from Manager: I found out that anyone from Retail is a great fit; these people seem to be very customer service savvy. The resumes they have seen have been over qualified, they are not looking for an Architect just a hard core good Java Programmer, someone who has 5 - 7 years. Personality is huge for this team, they want someone with high energy and open minded.
Requirements/Qualifications:
R: Struts, spring, hibernate- experience in all 3
R: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or anything technical would be considered
R: 5+years in Java web development
R: 2-3 years of experience with large scale and complex systems
R: Multi-tiered architectures (including UI design, business rules layer, and data architecture)
R: Creating technical documentation & system designs.
R: Development methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
R: Demonstrates project estimation capabilities, using experience and other projects as a proxy for a development effort.
R: implemented robust and scalable web applications to ensure a stable and predictable operating environment for the user community.
