Our client is seeking for "Release Manager"
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
- Plans, builds, deploys, reports and measures end-to-end release process quality
- Ensures adherence to the enterprise IT release calendar
- Establishes and maintains the overall release timeline and milestones
- Ensures release integrity by holding periodic reviews and determining overall release viability
- Determines roles needed to comprise the release team
- Makes the release-level “Go/No Go” decision for each release on behalf of the asset owner(s)
- Identifies the specific test environments within the path to production that the release will utilize during the its life cycle
- Validates the release test plan
- Manages all release activities, including release planning, building, deploying, reporting and trend analysis
- Communicates the release
- Facilitates business solution area (BSA) release management meetings
- Educates on and matures release capabilities
- Continuously collects feedback on how to improve release processes
- Aligns with industry research
- Coordinates dependencies across BSAs in support of release implementation
- Ensures adherence to change management process guidelines
