JOB DESCRIPTION :

• The candidate needs to possess Bachelor Degree with minimum of 6 years of IT experience.
• Should have worked at least 4 years on Enterprise Backup technologies.
• The candidate will be responsible for providing 3rd line support for EMC Net worker in a Remote Infrastructure Services
• with good knowledge in UNIX/Linux and Windows Operating System.
  
• Netbackup,Avamar,Networker,EMC Clarion,SAN,NAS,Clarify,troubleshooting.
• Hardware – Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, Linux and mainframe servers; robotic and virtual tape libraries; major tape drive hardware; fiber channel and Ethernet switches.
• Software – In depth knowledge Netbackup, BackupExec, Networker,TSM, VBR, APTARE, and others.
•  PC Utilities – Exchange/Outlook, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Clarify, Mercury Tools, Remedy.
