✦ Hands on experience in designing / architecting large scale applications.
✦ Experience in the entire software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy
✦ Strong in Core Java, JDK 1.6
✦ Good in Data structures and Algorithms
✦ Design skills (have good exposure on design patterns)
✦ JDBC, EJB3
✦ Good knowledge of XML / parsers
✦ Good understanding of protocol stack
✦ Good knowledge on Software Security implementation
✦ Good understanding of web services, preferred Rest
✦ Ant, Maven
✦ JBOSS, Tomcat
✦ Basic Unix exposure
✦ Can guide team on day to day issue resolution, review design, code and recommend them right implementation approach
