· Around 7 years SAP R/3 implementation experience with three full life cycle implementations in the area of Sales & Distribution/ Logistics Execution.
· Includes experience with ASAP methodology - Project Preparation, Business Blue Printing, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live.
· Experience in all phases of the Project Lifecycle from user requirements, analysis, design, development and implementation of SAP SD, LE functionalities.
· Experience in Configuration includes Standard Orders, Consignment Orders and 3rd party order processing, 3rd party Logistics Interface, intercompany Orders, STOs.
· Order-to-Cash (OTC): Expertise in configuration, customizing, modification and support of OTC (Order to Cash) Process.
· Master data: Configuration and customization of Customer Master, Material Master and field control for Customer and Material master.
· Shipping and Transportation: Expertise in configuration of Delivery Processing, Delivery Types, Packing List, Picking List, Goods Issue, Transportation processing, Routing and Route Determination, STOs, etc. Configuration of Transportation Planning points, Shipping Points, Shipping Type.
· Billing: configuration of billing documents, billing document types, billing processing integration with Accounting.
· Unit and Integration Testing: Tested end to end processes that was designed to support the Business.
· Configured Partner determination Functions, Text Determination, Output Determination. and Copy Controls,
· Project planning and implementation from GAP Analysis to Cut-Over Support.
· Worked with ABAP programmers by writing Functional Specification (FSD’s) for User Exits, Custom Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms.
· Worked on EDI/IDOCs to communicate with 3rd parties.
· Provided professional training documents and interactive simulations.
· Performed training classes for SAP SD. Created / presented Training materials for upgrade.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Developed and executed Test Scripts, recorded test results and maintained errors and bug tracking using HP Quality Center (QC).
· Involved in providing detailed knowledge transfer, user training and supported the solution during Hypercare.
