Title: QA Analyst with blueprint and visual studio
Location: Albany NY

Client has a need for a QA professional with User Test experience to assist with modernizing its in-house developed software. This is an on-site opportunity, based in Albany NY for approximately 6+ months.
Consultant will review design specifications, create test plans, write test scripts, execute test procedures and generate defect reports; work with the Applications Development staff and Business End Users, as part of team assembled for modernization and maintenance projects; work with a project team to convert legacy mainframe applications to server and web based applications.
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
- 5 years experience reviewing design documents, developing use cases and creating test plans within SDLC
- 4 years experience software testing
- 2 years experience using HP Quality Center
- 1 year experience using BluePrint and Visual Studio (for load testing)
- Familiarity with MS.NET, Oracle 11g and PL/SQL
- Experience providing documentation

Title: Business Analyst
Location: Tampa,FL

This position will provide for implementing User Management/User Provisioning solutions at an enterprise level within Citigroup. Specifically, this position will be responsible for the following:
· Conducts and directs analysis of highly complex problems and situations concerning user provisioning and integration systems
· Coordinates the translation business requirements into functional specifications, user documentation, workflows and project plans
· Coordinates with client business and technical users overall identity management implementation plans
· Manages client expectations to insure overall client satisfaction and minimize surprises
· Manages multiple client engagements
· Consults with engineers, system administrators, and system and operations staff to provide technical direction to resolve or clarify identity management issues
· Creates and maintains detailed identity management configuration templates and checklists
Required Skills
· BS degree or equivalent work experience
· Outstanding communications skills.
· Strong Project Management skills preferred.
· 5-7 years experience in business systems analysis, systems development and project planning
· 5-7 years access management and/or information security experience preferred
· Senior level position with both technical/architectural expertise
· Hands-on experience, with identity management and user provisioning tools such as Sun Identity Manager(Waveset)
· Experience defining the access management architecture, deployment options, integration requirements and options.
· Knowledge of request workflow analysis is a plus
· CISSP
· Must have experience in requirement gathering and consensus negotiations

Title: SQL DBA

Required Experience:
· 5+ years Sql Server DBA, with at least 2 years hands-on experience using Sql Server 2008.
· 3+ years experience with Oracle, min 2 years with 11g.
· Oracle experience must be on a Linux (Red Hat preferred) or Unix (HP_UX) platform.
· Demonstrated knowledge writing, reviewing and tuning Sql, PL/SQL and T-SQL a must.
