Required Criteria |
Five years documented experience leading and managing technical IT projects/programs. |
Five years experience developing IT project documentation including project charters, plans, risk plans, communication plans, and resource plans. |
Five years experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project. |
Five years experience using industry standard methodologies:

Five years experience executing, monitoring, and controlling IT development projects. |
Preferred Criteria |
Five years experience supporting a project/program control/management office. |
Demonstrated experience working with state/federal election related IT systems (ideally Michigan). |
Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). |
PMP certification. |
