This is with reference to the position in Staffing team in our organization. We came across your profile at a job board and find it impressive and probably suitable to strengthen our India Team. Just to summarize, we are a US based IT Company with our Head Office at Boston, MA and offshore offices in Gurgaon, Chennai.

Position: US IT Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter

Experience: 2 year to 5 years

Work Location: IRIS Tech Park, Secotr 48, Gurgaon

 

Requirement Description

 

Role & Responsibility:-

 

1) Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.

 

2)Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

 

3)Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo, Hot Jobs,), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

 

4)Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.

 

6)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

 

7)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Skill Required:-

 

1)Must have prior experience of US IT recruitment

 

2)Willing to work as per US timings

 

3)Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening

 

4)Good command over various search tools & techniques

 

5)Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment.

Title: H1B Sales Executives

Location: IRIS Tech Park, Sector 48, Sohana Road, Gurgaon

Salary: Open+ Incentives

 

 

We are looking for Talented and Passionate Sales people who take pride in achieving personal and Organizational goals.

2 to 5 year experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors in IT domain for US Market

 Expert knowledge of various IT/software skills/terminologies, job requirements and all existing and emerging technologies in the market.

Analyzing the resume of a Job seeker/candidate/consultant and should talk to him to understand his technical background, expectations, preferences, reason for the change etc.

Framing different job search strategies (marketing cycle) according to the job seeker/resume

Following the complete marketing cycle (some of the strategies like posting the resume, searching & applying for requirements in job portals such as Dice, Monster, C2C etc.., Linked in, Vendor contacts etc)

Following up with the vendors/companies for the applied requirements and coordinating with the candidate/consultant/Job seeker in order to schedule a call between the vendor and the candidate to get the

Candidates resume submitted for the applied job.

Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.

Self-motivated and resourceful and with ability to meet targets

Job Profile:

• Looking 5+ years of Experience in interacting with clients (US Staffing), and having Extensive company contacts, and consistent track record of reaching targets.

 

• Excellent Compensation which includes base plus commission.

 

• Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing newbusiness, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business.

 

• Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.

 

• Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.

 

• Analyze requirements from clients, assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams

 

• Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.

 

• Develop relationships with hiring / business managers of clients

 

• Meet revenue and bottom line targets

 

• Self motivated with strong work ethics

 

• Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating.

 

• Decent understanding of information technology systems.

 

• Ability to work effectively with team members.

 

Candidate Desired Skill:

• Must be self-directed, team player and capable of exercising regular use of discretion and independent judgment.

 

• Must have successfully worked in partnership with a number of Account Managers/Business Developers.

 

• Must have strong people relationship skills, ability to team with technical recruiters and other support people, and proven commitment to quality, ethics and professionalism
