Lead business point of contact as proxy for Project Sponsor & is accountable for coordinating all business aspects of a development
Leads, manages & coordinates activities to develop & complete business deliverables
Have a clear understanding of the business case
Develops & owns project requirements
Identifies & manages business SMEs
Develops & executes a collaborative Business Change Management (BCM) plan
Accountable for all business related aspects of the project plan
Works with the project team to identify and manage risk
Engages Cost Benefit Analysis SME & provides benefit assumptions
Works closely with the project team to ensure that business deliverables tie to scope
Participates in & responsible for sign-off of test plan & test exit criteria
Transitions business deliverables to the Executive Sponsor & Process Owner
Project Change Control Board (PCCB) Member
For Business Manager Deliverables:
Identify Impacted Process Areas (IIPA)
Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers (SIPOC)
AS IS Process Map (Diagram)
Voice of the Customer/Critical to Quality (VOC/CTQ)
TO BE Process Map (Diagram)
Control Plan and Dashboard
Requirements
