The Senior Data Architect is expected to have 8+ years of Informatica experience must be creative and provide lateral thinking, all the while being proactive in finding solutions to the project needs. The position provides thought leadership and strategic direction in helping IT development staff development. Champion company standards and best practices.  Work to continuously improve software delivery processes and practices. Build partnerships across the application, business and infrastructure teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-tasking team setting.

 

Other duties may include:

 

Develop application architectures or who design data architectures.

 

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both customer management and IT personnel, design effective IT solutions for business problems or strategies; and collaborate with other application and data teams to optimize the flow of work and data across interconnected business processes.

 

Diagnoses major operational problems and recommends architecture-level changes to meet availability, reliability, or performance objectives.

 Must Have: 

Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, Retail experience

Excellent Communication skills

 

 

Business Analyst with SharePoint - Backfill

Columbus, Ohio

On month with possible extension to end of year

The Business Analyst role will be working closely with the business users, business analysts and development teams

 

• ·         5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• ·         SharePoint project experience 
• ·         Project management experience
• ·         MS Project 
• ·         Understands the business issues and data challenges of the organization
• ·         Analyze business requirements and underlying business context.
• ·         Business Requirements documents, Functional Requirements documents,
• ·         Propose and provide best-in-class solutions that meets the business requirement.

 

Effective verbal, listening and facilitation skills. Sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills. Ability to think strategically. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines.
