Interview process:: There will be 3 rounds on interviews and all these  will happen in 2-3 days and immediate start right after that

 

They need to be very strong in Java. GWT is a plus but not necessary. Others good skills to have are JBoss, Hibernate (or similar java persistence framework), Spring, Eclipse, CVS or Mercurial.

 

Tell the candidates that there will be a skype and extensive tech check so person needs to be hands on. Skype interviews are only way to avoid issues of dummy people taking others interviews and false people showing up on the projects.

 

There are 2 below different reks

 

1.       First Rek- we need to find 5-6 years of Java (OPT is only ok if they are technical very sound and can do multiple level of skypes). Please don't submit people without hand son exp. Atatched resume of Naveen was in this category – Need 3 resumes

2.       2^nd Rek –  Need 8-10 years of Java. Same skills – Need 2 resumes

 

Let us get resumes tomorrow and we will close it. We can expect lot of business from this client and we need to do a good job in screening these guys. This is one of the premier accounts we have as we sign the MSA tomorrow. Lot of potential to build if we do a decent job here,
