Location: San Diego, CA

 

Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior .Net architect/developer with experience in designing and developing .Net based solutions using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX,. The Candidate should also have extensive experience in database development using SQL Server. The candidate must have more than 5 years of development experience in .Net and 8+ years of overall industry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.

I need candidates to list in an email how many years expierience they have with each of the bolded/underlined technologies and also what they would rate themselfs in those technologies on a scale of 1-10 Must also have strong financial experience.  

Duties and responsibilities
• Design, program, develop, analyze and implement .Net based applications.
• Create code documentation, implementation instructions and integration test plan for applications. Produce technical documents in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis to pass along important information and to ensure the design and implementation details are understood by all parties.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and improve existing applications and systems.

Required skills
• BS or MS in Computer science or related area
• At least 5 years of experience in .Net development using C# and ASP.Net.
• At least 5 years of experience using Javascript and AJAX.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server development
• Experience with Telerik, User Controls is a huge plus
• Experience with JQuery is a plus.
• WCF experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Financial Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Solid analytical and communicational skills 
• Good documentation and writing skills
