Job Description:   
Gather requirements to define the data model, business logic to align source data to the data model, and reporting requirements for a capital markets broker dealer.
The design lead will possess strong requirements gathering and BI data model design skills.
Capital markets experience, skills, and specific knowledge of broker dealer business models and understanding of investment products will be very beneficial.
The design lead will be expected to transition into the testing team and help plan and execute systems, integration, and user acceptance tests.

Requirements gathering
- Process analysis - Functional design - Data mapping and definition
-Basic PMO skills - Test plan and execution
-Capital markets industry skills (not a must – beneficial)
