Title: Sr. CRM Analyst

Duration: 4-6 months plus

Location: Columbus Ohio

The Sr. Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Analyst is responsible for providing data and analysis support to the clients Loyalty Program. 

RESPONSIBILITIES - As the Sr. CRM Analyst, you will: 

• Provide internal clients with customer marketing reports primarily relating to the Victoria's Secret Loyalty Program 
• Help our internal partners to understand the Victoria's Secret client and how she shops primarily related to the Victoria's Secret Loyalty Program 
• Be responsible for responding to customer service emails from external clients related to the Victoria's Secret Loyalty Program 
• Investigate and resolve loyalty customer issues and complaints as it relates to points accumulation and any other loyalty related questions 
  
  

Must Possess the Ability to: 

• Translate data into viable business recommendations 
• Provide database querying and analytical support 
• Perform independent data mining and database research 
• Utilize profiling and client insights to better optimize customers segmentation and to help define the target audience, offer mix, and contact strategy for direct marketing programs. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or other related discipline or equivalent experience 
• Three to five years direct marketing or loyalty experience or other substantial quantitative experience 
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
• Demonstrated use of SAS and/or SQL (Query tools such as MicroStrategy or Cognos also a plus) 
• Database and data analysis experience required
• Demonstrated analytic skills (ROI, profitability, customer segmentation, etc.) and critical thinking abilities. 
• Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Retail experience preferred. 
• Passionate interest in understanding the customer and customer behavior.
