Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the SOA Application Architect is to deliver well-designed software using Oracle SOA Suite. The candidate must essentially have recent and strong hands on experience in designing and developing SOA solutions using Oracle SOA Suite
Responsibilities
Develop conceptual and detailed solution architecture using Oracle SOA Suite
Responsible for entire module/application of a SOA application with primary responsibility of systems analysis, design and implementation
Understand and review functional/ nonfunctional requirements
Provide strong technical and architectural leadership by providing technical direction using SOA Suite
Partner with other team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure operational readiness as it relates to integration with upstream and downstream systems
Possess strong Technical, Analytical and Problem-solving skills

Previous Insurance / Re-Insurance Experience
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have minimum 3 years of Java EE experience with recent technical knowledge in the following required technologies : JMS, EJB 2.0/3.0
Must have minimum 1 year of strong hands on experience in Oracle SOA Suite -using BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Business Activity Monitoring
Hands on experience in designing and developing Web Services
Must have strong knowledge of XML, DTD, XSD
Must have worked with transformation technologies - XSLT or XQuery
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Oracle TopLink
Knowledge of Hibernate
Knowledge of Human Workflow
Knowledge of Enterprise Manager - Grid Control
