• Conduct JAD sessions with the Customer

• Create BRD/FSD/Use Cases

• Develop logical process flow diagrams

• Review and verify the mapping created by other Analysts

• Excellent communication skills

• 6 Yrs Experience as a Business Analyst

• Prior experience with Transportation Domain (Parking) will be a plus.
