Need a contractor for a Java application that we have that I need some help with.  This person would have to have very good debugging skills, able to pickup other peoples code and work with it, be able to understand business requirements and how the business uses the application.  This application is complicated.  I estimate about 3 months

 
They resource will be the Java resource with Java, Jsp, Servlet ….
tools and APIs: Struts, JDBC, SQL, XML, ANT, Tomcat, HTML, JavaScript.
