Job Description:

·        Interprets internal or external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.

·        Has developed depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline.

 

Delivering Solutions

·        Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.

·        Has extensive knowledge of working in SAP enhancements, reports, forms and module pool programming with an good understanding of object oriented knowledge and VOFM routines.

·        Leads others to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.

·        Assesses requirements and identifies new solutions.

·        Experience with global rollouts desired.

 

Resource Management

·        Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.

·        Monitors and controls costs of own work.
