7+ years Business Analyst and/or Systems Analysis experience required
* Experience implementing and supporting functional processes and technical design in an Oracle ERP system environment required
* Project Management experience of functional and technical systems preferred
* Ability to interact with all levels of management
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
* Familiar with regulated systems environment is preferred
