Job Title	:	Senior BASIS Lead Consultant ( 6 months Requirement )
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	8+ Years of BASIS experience
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Multiple implementation experience with strong hands-on BASIS skills in at least 1 of the following along with ECC.   – ECC BASIS Skills - SCM(With Live Cache) - SRM 7.0(with MDM) - BI (With BO)   Should have experience in guiding the customer with building new environments, client strategy, deployment of client strategy, Deployment of GUI and Printers in a multi-country implementation.   Candidates should also have experience in multi language packs.   Candidates need to have experience in leading the monitoring and go-live support of big-bang SAP Go-live. Experience in Solution Manager is a must. Candidates should have experience in formulating Transport strategies, client copies, backup and recovery executions.   Additional experience in ~50% of the products listed EP,GRC,BPC,MDM,PLM, Experience in Linux OS
Roles & Responsibilities	:	The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of BASIS consultants at onsite and offshore. The candidate will be the single point of contact for the entire BASIS operations for a multi-country big-bang SAP Go-Live   The selected candidate will be responsible for provide day to day status brief to the Senior Management and the Program Management board
Generic Managerial Skills	:	The candidate needs to posses good planning and coordination skills to plan and delegate tasks to the right team members Should have good oral and written communication skills to communicate and to escalate issues at the right time Should have excellent presentation skills to provide status update to the senior management This position is responsible for combining technical expertise with business acumen to do requirements analysis & assessments and work with senior architects on POCs and solutions. Strong communication & Document authoring skills.
