3) Install Base - CRM
4) Oracle Contracts
5) Oracle Projects

· Technical Knowledge

1) PL/SQL
2) Basic shell scripting
3) Oracle reports

Total Experience Required 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities · Production system application & incident support
· Handling issues and to work with customers in resolving them
· Handle Escalations from Team and Customer
· Assist team in crisis situation and provide quick solution to critical issues
· Direct communication & meetings with client

Education B.E or MCA
