Experience in operational support experience, lead/project management experience, 2. Familiarity with Web Services, JVMs, Unix , LDAP. 3. Documenting all processes for access of fine grain management tool. 4. Coordinating and supporting monthly releases/ Strong program management skills. 5. Responsible for understanding Enterprise Operational processes and documenting those processes 6. Responsible for Coordinating and supporting operational issues 7. Solid DMAIC, and PLC understanding 8. Ability to identify and analyze complex program or systems requirements. In order to provide recommendation to make broad-based, cross-functional decisions and understand implications upstream and downstream. 9.Strong client facing skills with excellent written, oral and presentation skills. 10. Strong team player and leader/ Strategic thinker; strong analytical and business judgment skills
