Experience with SFDC integration & data migration Experience with Agile methodology. Must have strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.   Desired Skills: Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Certified Developer/Advanced Developer, Certified Service Cloud Strong familiarity with Apex and Visual force Demonstrated ability to guide a successful Service Cloud Implementation, with understanding of Case Management, Customer/Partner Portals, Sites, Knowledge, and CTI Understanding of key data migration and integration concepts Knowledge of different cloud integrators, middleware / ETL vendors ( Informatica, Cast Iron, etc) Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts
