Job Description	:	The candidate should have good knowledge of requirements gathering, designing, building and implementing IBM Websphere ILOG JRules V7.1.1.2 solutions. The candidate should also be able to consult Customer and help them with Strategy & Roadmap for BRMS deployment. Candidate should be able to help Customer get started with BRMS and gradually help them evolve in Business Rules Management solutions.
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	3+ Years
Experience Required		Must Have ·         Very strong experience on iLog business rules management system ( ILOG BRMS) ·         Strong experience on Service Oriented Architecture for helping enterprise wide service integration ·         Should be technically very sound ·         Should have experience in more than 2 BRMS implementations. ·         Should be able to drive BRMS implementation from scratch till deployment and maintenance. ·         Should have strong experience in IBM Websphere ILOG JRules V7.1.1.2 ·         Experience on End to End BPM Consulting services ·         Experience in handling large engagements as an Architect leading the team of ILOG JRules Analysts, Developers.  ·         Experience in Understanding of Business Process Management and workflow ·         Leadership , People management skills ·         Exposure to Retail and Pharmacy sector is preferred. ·         Experience on defining and verifying IT Architecture for BRMS implementations ·         Experience on Customer facing skills for business development opportunities for BRMS offerings ·         IBM Websphere ILOG JRules Certification is preferred.         Like to have - Basic understanding of Pharmacy technology and concepts. ·         - This person will be part of Architecture team and drive the BRMS implementation from scratch. ILOG BRMS technical skill is a must have.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	The candidate should be capable of handling Sr ILOG Developer or ILOG Architect role, guiding the team members about the best practices. ·         Strong experience on Service Oriented Architecture for helping enterprise wide service integration Experience on BPM is preferred.
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
Qualification	:	Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in computer science preferred.
