Duration: 6- months

                          Job Description – Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Building Environments (both single node & clustered multi node):

1.    Experience in Oracle Fusion Administration for 3-4 years with a total exp of 10 years

2.    Installation & Configuration of Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g (version 11.1.1.x) suite of products.

a.    Weblogic Server

b.    SOA Suite

c.    Oracle BPM Suite

d.    Oracle BPA Suite

e.    Oracle Service Registry (OSR)

f.     Oracle Enterprise Repository  (OER)

g.    Web Services Manager (WSM)

h.    Oracle Service Bus (OSB)

3.    Installation of Adapters

a.    JCA Adapter for JDE-XE for OSB

b.    JCA Adapter for JDE-XE for BPEL

c.    JCA (iWay) Adapter for SAP for OSB

4.    Applying patches recommended by Oracle

 

Infrastructure Sizing:

1.    Recommendations/Suggestions for Infrastructure sizing

a.    Hardware Sizing (Space Required for Installation, RAM requirements etc)

b.    Software Sizing (Need to understand fine tuning of kernel parameters that affect Oracle FMW)

c.    No. of processors required

Incident Management:

1.    Liaise with Oracle for the product issues and bring them to closure without impacting the timeline

Product Matrix:

1.    Need to have some good understanding on the Oracle Product Matrix in the areas of Fusion Middleware suite to verify whether a stack is certified on a particular OS, ETAs for middleware stack.
