·  7+ years of Software Development (mostly .NET/SQL based systems)

·  Knows the software development life cycle

·  Can interact with stakeholders and analysts to review/understand/refine requirements

·  Expert in .NET 3.0/4.0 features and C# language

·  Expert in SilverLight or WPF designand programming

·  Expert in WCF designand programming

·  Expert in SQL/Database design and programming

·  Good in web programming (ASP.NET, web services)

·  Good in scripting languages (Jscript or VBScript)

·  Can interact with test engineers to review/present features/functions

·  Can interact with test engineers to review/analyze defects and resolve quickly

·  Excellent verbal/written communication

·  Self managed and good team player

·  At least 3+ years of experience with Agile processes

 

Plus: Healthcare experience with Claims or Encounters

 

Sr.QA Lead

·  7+ years of SoftwareQA experience (mostly .NET/SQL based systems)

·  Knows the softwaredevelopment life cycle

·  In charge ofgenerating test plans and test cases

·  In charge ofgenerating test data and collecting/quering results

·  Executes test runsand generates test run reports

·  In charge of defectlife cycle

·  Can find andreproduce defects and document them

·  Operational support& research

·  In-depthunderstanding of SQL (can read/write queries)

·  Basic understandingof .NET and C# software language

·  Excellent verbal/writtencommunication

·  Plus: C# and/or SQLprogramming skills for writing automated tests
