  Expert Level skills in Rule Engine development, specifically using JBoss Drools
·        Expert Level skills in developing and integrating ruleswith Drools
·        Expert Level skills in developing Java services
·        Demonstrated track record of strong analysis, design and implementation capabilities
·        Demonstrated proficiency developing applications using:
·        Java
·        Interfaces to Stored Procedures and SQL
·        Unix commands and scripting        
·        Strong working knowledge of Unix/Sun Solaris
·        Prefer a working knowledge of RAD and/or Eclipse
·        3-5 years developer or systems analyst experience
·        Strong, demonstrated analysis, design, and problem solving skills.
·        Strong planning and organizational skills
·        Strong written and oral communication skills
