. 4 - 6 years of J2EE/Java experience working on a WebSphere application server
Experience in Portal technology
Experience in IBM TM/TAM
. Eclipse/WSAD/Rational Application Developer
. Ant build tool and scripting required
. JUNIT
. Web Services Development . Experienced with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
