Sr. ETL/Datastage Developer with DB2

Location: Miami, FL

Duration: 6 months

Rate: Negotiable

Please note that Datastage 8.1 or above experience is required for this position. Kindly make sure that candidates have this experience before submitting them.

General Job Description
The Data warehouse Developer will work in close coordination with Business and Information
Technology groups to perform ETL design/development/support using the entire Tracfone
suite of analytical environment and tools including the Datastage, DB2, Oracle PL/SQL, HP/UX, Cognos V8)
and MS Windows Server and reports progress to the Director of Business Intelligence.

Required Experience

  *   Requires strong mix of full-lifecycle data-warehouse development skills that includes experience with reporting/BI concepts.
  *   Must be fully capable of identifying and prioritizing business information needs, analyzing business requirements, research data, Design, development, Testing.
  *   Position supports overall development and service delivery projects reporting to the Manager of ETL Processing. Although the primary focus of this role is ETL design/development/support, the ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of full-lifecycle data-warehouse development skills that includes experience with reporting/BI concepts.
  *   The resource will function as part of a broader team that is responsible for not only supporting the ETL solution, but supporting the reporting tools and processes that run on a daily basis

  *   IBM Datastage, DB2 experience, Oracle 11G. Must have proficient experience in DB2, and  used DB2 as source & target to develop Datastage ETL jobs.
