Title: Network Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Local preferred

Start: ASAP

 

Overview:

·         will work as part of a team with daily/weekly direction on activities.

·         effectively resolve or provide work-around for customer problems using Cisco TAC case management.

·         Create and implement troubleshooting and problem resolution plans as needed.

 

Must Haves: 

CCNP Certification

In-depth knowledge of Cisco equipment implementation and software configurations

Networking Experience with the following:

• TCP/IP
• Multiservice/network design
• LAN/WAN protocols
• Fault resolutions and resolution techniques
• Network tools such as protocol analyzers.

 

Desired:
UC experience a plus
