Mandatory:

• A minimum of three (3) years administering and maintaining VMware vSphere in a production environment with a minimum of 20 physical hosts for each of those three (3) years.
• A minimum of two (2) years performing advanced VMware functionalities in implementing at least two (2) of the following: 
  Storage vMotion, host profiles, server templates, or virtual switching
• A minimum of two (2) years implementing remote access technologies using any one (1) of the following for end-users: 
  VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Citrix, or Cisco Virtual Private Network (VPN).
• A minimum of three (3) years maintaining MicroSoft Windows Server 2008.
• A minimum of three (3) years administering and maintaining MicroSoft Active Directory and group policies.
• A minimum of three (3) years administering and maintaining data disaster recovery using the Symantec Backup Exec products with LTO-4 tape libraries.
• A minimum of one (1) year each implementing each listed below:
• MicroSoft Windows Server 2008
• MicroSoft Active Directory and group policies
• Data disaster recovery using the Symantec Backup Exec products with LTO-4 tape libraries

Desirable:

• At least one (1) year implementing, administering and maintaining MicroSoft PowerShell Scripts.
• At least two (2) years administering Storage Area Network (SAN) based storage and Hewlett Packard (HP) Blade Server architecture.
• VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) Certification
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) Certification.

MicroSoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) Certification with specializations in MicroSoft Windows Server 2008 and Active Directory.
