·         Senior .NET developers with minimum 6 – 8 years of experience.

·         Should have strong experience in ASP, .NET , Oracle, C#, SQL Server

·         Should have excellent communication skills.

·         Self motivator

·         Should have experience leading small teams

·         Should be able to work with clients directly without supervision

Experience in offshore /onsite model would be an advantage
