1. Excellent Test Management experience 10 + yrs (proficient to manage 5-7 USD million budget / year)

2. Excellent in stakeholder management

3. Skilled of doing multitasking and handle multiple testing projects

4. Excellent in Test reporting and co-ordination with multiple downstream application owners

5. Important to have an exposure in regulatory framework for banks, Healthcare or Insurance clients.

6. Expertise to perform DW / ETL Test planning, strategy and management
