Roles & Responsibilities :
. Necessary Skills : * Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
* Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and the development of SOA strategies and roadmaps.
* .NET 2.0 3.5 framework-based Windows/Web applications, including Webservices

Desired Skills *
* RDBMS (SQL Server 2005, Oracle)
* Visual Studio 2008
* Net Framework 2.0
* Unity Block
* XAML-based
* Module and View(s) Concept
* Development of Web Services and applications consuming web services in .NET
* Object Oriented Design and Analysis
* Healthcare Domain experience adds advantage

Roles & Responsibilities : * Function as a solution architect within the phases of an IT program, including development of future state designs and specifications for application and technical architectures
* Contribute to the overall alignment of IT delivery to the needs of the business.
* Review and assess impact of proposed technologies to the enterprise architecture
* Effectively communicate technical information to numerous audiences (including senior management), develop relationships inside and outside of IT, deliver difficult messages and technical recommendations, and influence others to change their approach.
