Need SAP CRM Functional Consultant

 

We are currently looking for “SAP CRM Functional Consultant” for our DIRECT CLIENT. The requirement details are as follows

 

Job Location: Cupertino, CA

Duration: Long Term Contract (Min 18-24 Months Contract)

Rate: All inclusive - NO EXPENSE PAID

 

Job Description:

·         Provide functional subject matter expertise to IT and business operations teams

·         Gather detailed business requirements in BRDs

·         Develop as-is and to-be business processes

·         Create Use Cases

·         Drive the review of business requirements and business processes with business and IT stakeholders

·         Review and validate the technical design and implementation proposed by IT

·         Prepare test cases for business validation, and UATs

 

Expertise:

·         Experience as business analyst

·         Experience in consumer support in High tech industry

·         Functional knowledge of SAP CRM service

·         Functional knowledge of Order management, supply chain and analytics business processes.
