·  Requirements gathering and documentation

·  Product / Application improvement suggestions to customer

·  Domain training to team members

·  Interaction with customer during functional discussions

·  Provide support to technical team for domain/functional clarifications

·  Provide support to RFP response

·  Support to end product / Application validation
