Position Title	Senior Graphics .NET Developer - Troubleshooter and Best Practices
Project/Role or BD Task Description and Special Notes. . .	Project/Role:   The project requires a strong developer with deep graphic skills to help remediate video rendering problems within graphic displays and SME raw knowledge of how to best display video content from within an application.    An expert in troubleshooting on the PC and what issues might be around Quick Time and Flash (low-level issues outside of just code) – matching up with video cards, resolution, etc.    Hands-on keyboard with code who can work side-by-side with developers to help get past immediate pain points in short term and help them with best practices in how they develop going forward to minimize these issues.  Multiple communication paths, different types of hardware, etc.
Skills Required . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .	.    • C#, WPF, XAML, .NET • Video content display with QT, AVI, Flash from .NET (This is a must) • Understanding of best practices for Display of high quality video (Codecs, HD Video)   SME developer with deep graphic skills Strong knowledge of how to best display video content from within an application  Expert in troubleshooting on the PC and issues around Quick Time and Flash Hands-on coder who can work side-by-side with customer developers SME on best practices, multiple communication paths, different types of hardware, etc.
