Direct Client Requirement: Need Candidates for SAP IMRO Program resource

We have a difficult time sourcing candidates for the below found position, I just wanted to reach out to you to see if you can assist me in this need. We are looking for an iMRO resource to fill the below role.

Start date is immediate.


Location:         Dallas, TX
Duration:         3 – 6+ Months

Currently this resource is supporting the Break/fix team to identify and resolve issues/bugs and develop solutions for the iMRO product, supporting all MRO related conversions, supporting Box Build and initial configuration for each cycle,  and supporting the correction of any MRO/iMRO related Training  issues. For Conversions, client has at least 2 more cycles of box builds and conversions. Any candidate should have a strong understanding of the iMRO Component Repair functionality and configuration and be available 24/7 for conversions.

The scope of the work for the iMRO support work includes:

• Coordinate with client's PMO on planning the scope of work to implement iMRO
• Identify, document and resolve risks and issues
• Work with team members to identify, document and execute test cases
• Provide on-going knowledge transfer with client resources
• Work with other BSM process teams to identify and resolve cross-functional impacts and issues
• Configure the iMRO solution and processes, including the completion of the required documentation
• Document, review, and test Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Conversions
• Troubleshoot iMRO process and system issues; open and monitor SAP tickets as required
• Client will provide day to day direction of technician
