Most Critical Criteria: 

●      Requires extensive experience with Java Development

○      Spring

○      Struts 2

○      Hibernate

○      Web Services (REST & SOAP)

○      jBoss

○      MySQL

●      Worked within an Agile environment

 

Leadership Qualities:

●      Responsible for the technical direction, coding standards, code reviews and team stability.

●      Assists Project & Product team in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing technology to achieve the goals of the enterprise

●      Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services

●      Independently solves complex problems

●      Takes a new perspective using existing solutions

●      Works independently, receives minimal guidance

●      Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may direct the work of other staff members

●      Manage On-Call rotation

●      Candidate should be able to interview & be on-boarded quickly
