• Rivermine and TeleMaster – Vendor hosted application used to inventory and invoice IT and Telecommunication resources within USAA. Skills focus for this application: o Process Oriented. § Must communicate well with vendor support. § Must communicate well with Client lead. § Be attentive and prompt with responses. o Clearly understand B2B File transfers. § Data Sources. § Data File Mappings. § Data Transfer process. • Eracent and LDRPS – Vendor supported solutions hosted within USAA.

Primary skills for these solutions may include support around customization and configuring of the Rivermine and TeleMaster applications.   Primary Skills include: o Process Oriented. § Must communicate well with vendor support. § Must communicate well with Client Lead. § Be attentive and prompt with responses. o Technical skills: § Understand enterprise deployed applications. § Understand application configurations. § Test and validate changes in a test environment. § Engage and solicit other teams’ assistance as required. § Implement production releases and emergency fixes. § Support Level Three incidents with production support teams. § Work with and clearly communicate statuses regarding major incidents as they occur. Additional Skills • Able to take direction from leadership. • Know when to escalate issues and understand the proper escalation channels. • Ability to work as part of a distributed team with some members working from an offshore site.
