Experience: 

·         Candidate should have Front end web development experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience designing functional web interfaces/applications/web sites

·         Candidate should be proficient in visual design tools like Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, etc

·         Experience with usability testing and best practices
