Minimum of 4 years experience in a particular technical and/or business application which is beyond the requirements addressed in the Project Manager II and Programmer/Analyst II Job Classification/Title as defined in a Project Definition/Specifications.

 

·          Demonstrated system analyst/programming experience

·          Familiar with 4GL Application/Web Development (e.g. Java, .NET, Perl, etc.

• Familiar with N-tier architecture
• Familiar with relational database and SQL
• Familiar with Windows Server Operating System and oracle RDBMS
